Dining Out at 10,200' Since 1965

The Leadville Grill Bar & Cafe is a throwback to the old Northern New Mexican ideals and a slower way of cooking. The recipes come from the Matriarch's hand from over 50 years ago and have not changed. The kitchen is a point of pride and the meals are about relaxing & enjoying the food as well as the camaraderie around the table and in our establishment.

We follow nature and how its bounty is intended. This ensures the culinary creations you order and we individually prepare are made with the   freshest most flavorful ingredients.

The Anaheim Chiles are picked fresh from the fields of Colorado & immediately Hand Roasted right there on the Farm.

From there they are quickly brought up to 715 Elm Street at 10,200'  for use throughout the year, until the next September crop.
